i would love to see this functionality in all directories it really helps the submitter to get a quick view on the quality of listed sites.
A nice example. Look around Ask Directory and you can tell it is one of the very best. They (best Directories) are easy to spot in my opinion, just like you can tell a Mercedes from a Kia even though their grill is similar. Ask.dir is a Mercedes, it is unique, I love how they make your primary key word your anchor text in your site description. Ranland.dir is a Kia and Ask.dir is a Mercedes. Just look at the home page of Rankland, in the sports category on the home page one of their top three sports listed is "airsoft". What is airsoft? Should that be on the home page? No, it's just mindlessly alphabetized, plus the sites listed in it are spammy, I am sure alot of people love this directory but I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Again, it is very easy to tell which directories are among the best in the industry.
