I never raise prices for existing advertisers. Even if the ad space has increased in value I allow them to renew at the original price.
This means I spend less time dealing with advertisers and more time developing new sites. From a business perspective it doesn't make much sense, but it fits my personality and makes me happy.
Plus I never really have to worry about losing advertisers - they'd be crazy to leave me! And if they did leave me I'd sell the spot for more money to another...
So I voted start a new site.
