They're rankings have dropped a little. But I think it depends on the page right? If there's a lot of leverage supporting a URL off of squidoo its probably going to stick on a SERP.
For the last several months a Squidoo page has been #1 in Google for " laptop bags " -
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=laptop+bags
~ Just recently in the last few weeks it dropped down to #7 - but still on the first page for a very competitive search!
