Content management, yes... something of that sort. I've looked into Joomla, but I am interested in something even a bit more basic. Take a look at
www.pmcbilling.com. Many companies in our town want a simple website such as this, and they also want to be able to simply edit the content, and maybe add a page every once in awhile.
