Not at all true. War generally creates jobs and rejuvenates economies (at least, of the countries producing the arms).
And the idea of war being obsolete... that is just silly. As long as their are idiot Muslim extremists around, there will be war. Look at their history. They can't even be at peace amongst themselves.
