What's the catch ? List is sorted by an estimate review time which should help avoiding wasting your time submitting to dead directories.
Also would be nice if you can estimate an average for your review time, how often you review the pending links in your directory.
If your directory is already on the list just give me an estimate of your review time.
Paid directories are also welcomed, that section is work in progress. Just specify that your directory is paid.
