It is a gowing trend to speciallise in one or more area's of web design. This might be a good idea, and is based on the fact there there is so much involved in proffessional web design that you can't possibly do it all - or if you do, you probably aren't good enough at all of it because you've spread yourself too thin.
While the following article in "
Web Designer for Designers" does not, in my opinion cover all the facets of web design, it does have many valid points and i recommend it.
