Unless you are willing to do freelance work, I suggest putting up a nice and marketable site, get a lot of users to it - and later monetize it via PPC, content syndication if applicable, etc.
There is really no easy way to earn without doing any hard work. Patience is also a virtue to be considered in this industry. Just a thought
