Though I'll sing along with his #1 hit, I don't know that I dig on the colour scheme, but that's just me. To be honest, it probably nails your target demographic, so no worries.

Good navigation and good layout. You've actually got a really nice site there. Sorry to sound so surprised, but I've been reviewing sites all day and this is the first that I haven't thought need some serious work. You've got it going on there pretty good.

If I had to pick one thing, I'd say more content. Add a blog or a daily update thingie, and you're users will come to you in droves. SE's love that kind of thing, fresh content.
