Personally, I think a link on that page has little value.
1. It's a dropped domain - previously for the Rutgers University Amnesty International site.
2. Previous inbound links are unrelated.
3. The co-citation value is nil.
4. New inbound links added are nothing more than link pimping announcements in forums.
5. The outbound link profile is crap.
6. The web page is (currently) not cached, you'd think a PR6 index page would be.
7. It currently doesn't show up for
your exact anchor text.
8. It does show up for the quoted search for
"Wholesale Fashion Handbags Purses Belts Buckles Caps", but only if you
"repeat the search with the ommited results included" and there's only 3 results total.
