As all of us know backlinks are more important to rank well in google or any SE.

So which backlink google count for determining rank :

The links which we get from
1.link:www.domain-name.co.uk

or the links from
2. Google webmasters tool...

My second question is :
what is the difference between :

link:domain-name (get less backlinks)

link : domain-name (get more backlinks)

Thanks in Advance...
The link:domain.com is just samples of the site displayed...while on Google Webmasters tools are your external links and internal links as of last cache by the SE.

On the number 2 I don't get it...

link:domain-name (get less backlinks)

link : domain-name (get more backlinks)

Is this what you mean?

when you see links when you type link:domain.com you see less or more links?

Is that it?
