Nofollow case by case seems to have some of the functionality of my plugin "NoOldSpamLinks". For example, both seem to let you create a blacklist of domains to nofollow and/or white lists to always follow.
NoOldSpamLinks also lets you select categories to either always "nofollow" or "nofollow" for a set number of days. These categories are useful for some paid to post programs that require you to follow posts in those categories (either forever or some number of days depending on the program.)
So, that gives you a bit more flexibility.
