Hi guys

I just saw in one forum that someone was using firefoxdir, Operadir etc etc domain in directory . Will the owners be sued? The discussion was going on and they were implying that , they will be sued! I mean based on what?
For example if I use lovelysonydir or myoperadir.., will I be sued?
