Good morning people of V7N.

I have a question regarding on domain and it's effect in indexing or in SEO.

Does it makes any difference between?
mydomain.com and mydomain.com/index.html

My scenario is... when I type in mydomain.com on my browser I always receive an error "403 Forbidden" but when I type in mydomain.com/index.html then my site shows up. Have any of you guys experience this problem and solved it? I need your warm advice and solution for this problem.
