Yes its pretty much a call center concept. But we want to focus more on the "marketing" and "lead generation" angle. Most call centers today focus more on the "support" aspect. We will be looking Marketing Directors of organizations as our customers...

We are looking at the "increase your revenues" aspect rather than "customer support" although thats not ruled out altogether :-)
