I have just switched hosting services, but I find that I cannot access the admin site to edit and link files a little too often, and for too long, . So, I am thinking of changing hosts.

Is there any way of transferring all the work I put into building the site to another host or would I have to start from scratch?

(It is access to the admin side of the site that I am worried about, even when I could not access admin, I could still visit the site)

I don't really understand all of this too well, so maybe I don't even need to change hosts to resolve the issue.

Is anyone able to advise me on this?

Please note I am not very computer savvy.
