if you need to move the whole account, you can do it once, if you have some kinds of control panel like cPanel or DirectAdmin. Just backup, then restore in new host. Dont need to do manually.
However, you mentioned that you have just switched to new host. Have you contacted your current provider to check why it's taking so long to access your site?
