As you can probably tell I am pretty new at all this. I have emailed the support team and let them know that I am not impressed with the downtime.

I know that things happen sometimes, so I am willing to give them a go.

As for demanding the service I paid for:

What do I do?

Ask why it is down? I don't expect an honest answer, and even if they gave one I would likely not understand it.

Tell them I'm not happy? Well, I have done that.

If the service continues to be bad - move? I am exploring that option now, so if does becomes an issue I can do it quickly.

Is there something else I should do?

(BTW sometimes I come across a little sarcastic, I am really sorry if that is the case. There is no such intent. I really appreciate the time all of you have taken to respond, and the helpful advice I have received. Even the advice I don't use is still helpful knowledge. Big THANKS to you all.)
