Our rents/prices on housing used to be very low, but since the Katrina rents have doubled and then some. But you are coffect about government money, as well as private investor money, is coming, athough not as quickly as people would like to see, into the area. We have the possibility of catching up with the rest of the Hi Tech, as well as Civilized world. We will just have to see if the money makes it into the hands of those that will make the changes. It is a great opportunity New Orleans hasn't seen in the past.
