Though that questionnaire seems a bit antiquated and geared more towards the younger online user, gamer or chatter.
How long do you spend online? Or stay online longer than you intended? As if to insinuate that 'going online' is something you 'do'. Geez, I'm always on-line, but not necessarily using it.
How often do your grades or school work suffer? er… School work?
