I wouldn't chance getting caught for a TOS Violation, you will end up paying WAY more than what you sold it for.

It's funny how people try to sell what they don't own.... If the content of the blog is yours & copyrighted under your name, then sell the content as an original Article..... However trying to sell a Blog service (Against TOS Policy) would be just like me trying to sell a Lexus to someone else (Without notifying the Lexus dealer) That I have on a 2 year lease & must return after the lease is over.

As you can see, it can be construed as a SERIOUS offense. Granted a Blog account & a Lexus are in 2 different ball parks as far as $$$$, The concept is the same though.

You Basically lease a Blog (Just like a car) to use, when you are done with it, it goes back to the Company you leased it from.

In Conclusion:

To avoid any future heart aches & I told you so's, just don't do it... There are millions of other products / services you can sell legally. Good luck!
