Precisely! Very much agreed!

Children's psychological imbalance starts when they take off from their own home and lured them on a place they don't know who will understand and will take care of them. So what you will expect? Will they grow good inspite what happened to them? OF course they won't! THAT very moment when they were lured in a foster house - they already has this mentality "I need to be strong and wise coz i have no friend, nobody will support me, nobody understand me" right? And they will grow cunning and wise. Think about it...
