I use google anal (lol), its getting better as time progresses, I have scheduled reports to go to clients monthly. I tell them its google analytics from the start, mostly they dont want (or have the time) to have anything to do woth the mechanics they just want to see the results, the reports are great for that....

as long as your seo plan works..... then it will punch you in the face.
From a clustomers point of view its good that a 3rd party can track my work, I cant 'make up' results that way.

there are other companies that offer the same +more in way of analytical info, but google is free, so no complaints.
