thanks to all of you for your ideas. I never thought of checking the speakers, but will do that.
I did check the connections and think they are right, and I went into all the volume controls and mutes I could find and they seem to be right. I do get sound when playing Audios, but only in my VOIP system phone, which is only in one chanell.

I will try the things you suggested and keep you posted. If you have any other ideas, please post and let me know.
