David Carson got the majority of the votes, although in my opinion, he is more an artist than a designer, no doubt of course he is a legend, either way.

Just so it is clear, by 'Best Designer" I mean, the best web designer in general, for typeface designs, Web Designs, logo and graphic design in general, remember, the best one, not most popular.
I am not talking about companies, this is strictly about the Best individual Designer.
