Your drop down menu's don't work neither Aliyah
This is a shame as it's a nice looking site. I can't answer the question on flash because i don't use it, however I can say that I think the reason for your drop down menu's not working correctly is that you have their z-index set wrongly, it should be above your embedded flash. They work fine on the home page of the html version but whenever there's any flash embedded they drop down behind it.
