Yes I know that the z-index is incorrect for the second link and therefore the menu is popping up behind it.
As for
www.laidbacklondon.com everything is (should be) working correctly?
If anyone else has a solution to my first problem (the flash links not working when embedded) I'd really really really appreciate it...
