You'll be fine.. I don't really recommend informing Google about what you did.. That's giving them reason to inspect your account. It will be hard to spot 1 IP out of billions and say yeah.. ban that account! You're small time on their list of abusers
What you're asking is similar to if you just farted.. oops accident! Then you hope no one notices.. no one seems to.. but then you get really nervous and say HEY did anyone notice that fart? Then everyone starts sniffing and goes.. well now that you mention it ew.. yeah did you fart? Ew hey everyone he just farted! Now you're caught.. shoulda just let it slip by unnoticed
