Hi Folks!

First of all, I apologise If this isn't posted in the correct section, but I couldn't see anything more appropriate?

So, my question is:

Is there a way to embed a sound file into the opening of a web page, where the audio doesn't restart when the page is refreshed? (typically, we are looking at a .wav file, currently using embed or bgsound.
