Depends on what type of site you have. Have you searched google? That's where I found this link for you. Also, there are many places where you can purchase TOS/T&C tempates. I would read all of the sites that are similar to yours, then use this (or another) template to fabricate your own that is custom and tailored to your needs. If you have some money, you can pay someone to do this for you.
