The first content that Google indexed does not mean that it is original content.
Take for example a PR 6 site and a PR 1 site. Google may crawl the PR 6 site many times a day, but would only crawl the PR 1 site once a day, in the best case scenario.
If the PR 6 site copies content from the PR 1 site and Google indexes that content first on the PR 6 site, can we trust Google?
