why not submit it to Press Release submission sites, email or contact press for publication (etc, local nespaper, magazines). Think about your target market...
there are also lots of Free Press Release submission sites out there.
who are the people that you think will benefit your product?

If you have a news letter that you send to your list let them know you have a new product coming out. Remember to always provide good content in your product. And also, don't forget to put it on your site so your visitors will see and learn about it.
