Come to think of this, your site is about shopping and you put on the word sex on it.. Do you really think searchers will go to your site if they see irrelevant result?
Well, i think not.. But if they happen to stumble upon it and then just leave your site without even further review, do you still consider that one as a quality traffic? still not right? Remember that those word should be match on your content just like what kber said..
