One thing I always do for my customers is to make sure they know right up front that they will have their own email account for their domain name. I have also found that a lot of my customers choose not to get involved in that type of thing, mainly because setting up a mail client to collect their emails just seems to be to much trouble.

As far as I understand from the previous thread I have customers with web hosting packages. I think that they are able to use email service fronm the web hosting account and sometimes thety do not need email service on their domain name account unless you domain name reistrar.
