You need to decrease the number of keywords along with your description. Search engine robots dislike heavy keywords along with a huge description in meta tags. Your current keyword relevancy to the content on the site is only 53% which is also not as good. I recommend adding some robots and increasing your back-links. I hope this helps... Good luck!
