My web host gives this away to people who sign up to their service.

I've never used it, but have seen some people talking about it. The consensus seems to be "A sandbox version" of professional web design utilities.

On the plus side, I've seen plenty of "Easy to use" remarks floating around about it, so I think it might be a good entry-level program for those just starting out in web design.

I can't say more than that...
