I need to know of some good programs to manage customer accounts as follows as in,
I have clients who get both call in sales to their store, walk in sales to their dirt world stores and internet sales from websites.
I need to tie it all together with one program.
Criteria:
1.Ease of use for newbies.
2.The internet sales information can now be exported in several formats and I want a proram that can plug the information in without hand entering everything.
3.UPS friendly if they eventually learn enough to tie it into their existing UPS software.
4. the biggie, low or better still, No cost software.
5. no major data base knowledge needed by me, lol
