My question is, what would be the best Page Title so it might be better when people are searching. I know for keywords I want some of these: Landing Craft Infantry, LCI 538, LCIL, LCI (L), WWII, World War Two, Navy, USN, United States Navy, Invasion, Normandy, France, Naval, Ship, Landing Vessel or stuff like this.
It looks like you will have more than one page at the site. Therefore, you will be able to target many key-phrases because you will have many pages.

I feel it is more important to:

- Select a domain name that fits all your categories.
- Build lots of content pages.
- Get one way links.

Don't fret about the title. You can change that anytime. On the other hand, if you got no links pointing to your site, the best title in the world won't get you much traffic.
