But changing your title regularly is bad because the next time you get indexed you've lost that phrase from before and it starts again... just losing you time. I will demonstrate this if you like... Title is important, as if you search for something like 'SEO services' in google. the Top ranker's page Title will be ' SEO services'. Therefore if you want your title ot match phrases quicker and more efficiently then pick one that you're going to stick with.
