The problem is, you don't have the right to kill the hundreds of innocent people on board. The suggestion is ludicrous. Many hijacked airplanes have been taken back from hijackers, so unless you have a time machine at your disposal and know exactly what is going to happen, killing hundreds of people still isn't an option you have the right to exercise.
