It needs a cool logo and the design is a bit boring. Other than that the layout is good.
But it just needs some spicing up a bit. I looked at your site and it looks like the other wallpaper sites out there (it's a competitive market) so take the time to blow people away with a strong design and a great service so that you will keep them coming back to you.
