I can see that your not listed in google here..
I'm wondering what kind of promotion/technique you did before? have you tried or done black hat technique? This is not uncommon thing and folks are usually back soon especially in newly launched website or newly update site.. But in your case, especially you have some PR now, its really an strange thing.. Well, I bet your site might be back soon. Remember that Google has many data centers, new sites get added to some before they are added to others, and you may get directed to a different data center with each search... IMO..
