Google's algo does not change daily my friend, Google knows that seo's are around and they are studying how those SEO analyzes and break through their algo. After gathering all the information that they need, then they will start their update. And gathering this information does not only take a day or two but it also take months.

If the SEO is an expert, like most of them are in this forum! They will not have a hard time to adopt through the changes that google made.

On this matter, a trial and error process is one good thing that an SEO has, but like what I've said, if they are experts then you'll be able to adopt in no time with the updates.
