Buying or transferring blogspot blogs are possible and it can be done in an easy and clean way. I have done that myself. And you don't have to give all your email and password in the process. you will need to follow the following steps for that.
1. Go to Settings - Permissions, add a second account, as a blog member.
2. The buying email or second account will receive an invitation to accept membership.
3. From Settings - Permissions again, make the new member an administrator.
4. From Settings - Permissions under the new administrator account, remove the old account.
Now the blogspot blog belongs to the second account.
