The Alexa ranking is completely messed up. It shows weird numbers for almost all sites. (4,10,30 etc - along these lines). This is quite tolerable since it accurately shows Compete uniques.
Secondly, it uses web.archive.org for determining the age of the domain. This also proves to be kind of inaccurate and glitchy at times. (In case of dropped domains)
Thirdly, it does not show Y-Links to individual pages of a website. For example, if you do a blog search, and the first blog is a blogspot one, it will show backlinks of blogspot.com, not of that particular blog.
However, its advantages well out-number its bugs. That is why I said, almost.
