I know someone that for sure has the money to buy it my dads best friend, but hes know nothing about the intenret plus he sold a fortune 500 company about 7 years ago and still has mutli millions the guy is crazy rich, but anyways if you don't mind me asking why are you selling it for?

If I had the money I'd buy it, but I will tell you one thing I learned a lot from you I have jumped into the affiliate game and its going quite well I'm going to build some forums my self through PPC I think it will go quite well if I get it leveled out right which I'll have to stick 1000's of dollars into it of course.
