Well it's only natural for big businesses to have lawsuits like these. Especially Google which is always searching for new innovated idea's and technology to increase the companies presence.
They buy up far more innovative technologies then any other company I have seen. But the problem is, if they keep on buying up all the competition, then who will be able to take them on in terms of technology and business? Right now it seems to be no one can compete, even with MSN trying to take over Yahoo, it's a futile fight, since they are both in Google's Arena.
