If I create a page that has private information on it (e.g., phone numbers, e-mail addresses), but I don't create a link from it from the website, can spiders and other people still find it?

I want to be able to distribute a newsletter via the web to our group members by giving them a link to the newsletter, but it would have private contact information on it. I don't want non-members to access the newsletter. Is that possible, or would spiders, search engines, others be able to find it even though I don't create a link to it?
