The funning thing is.... its going to be hard to get that site of the ground because there isn't anybody on it.
Also, the best way to start a site that needs a lot of members is to collect emails and then once you have a big group of emails (300+) launch your website and ask your email list to join in. If you have a larger list.. you can launch your site to groups of 200 or 300 per day to maintain traffic to get the launch off the ground.
