I like the overture tool with the GoodKeywords (also free) interface. I used to use the COOL SEO tool but now it costs money.
I'm thinking of spending some money and using word tracker. But, one thing about any of these tools, its the time to use them and follow up more than the cash investment. So before I buy any tools, I'll probably implement google analytics and rewrite some pages to add some more keywords.
Then, maybe I'll look for more keywords and get help prioritizing them.
